Learning what a city has to offer sometimes includes indulging in a brew. Dublin is in this category. This final Dublin post will offer you a glimpse of the Guiness Brewery and for good measure also a glimpse into Trinity College. I hope you enjoy a few more views of Dublin before I start my Ireland road trip.
Pouring a Guinness has six steps. In the tasting room I learned the six steps and I am adding a seventh...see below. 7; Enjoy the brew you poured! The roof top bar had amazing views!
Now to the books! Trinity College was founded in 1592. The Long Room as it is called is magnificent! Here are a few photos:

1198....when is the last time you thought about what the world may have been like in 1198? Here is a peek back to that time. Brazen Head Pub opened in 1198. I enjoyed part of an afternoon at this establishment - fish and chips and some Smithwicks! Delicious!
Tomorrow I will pick up a car at the airport and start my Ireland road trip. My first stop is planned for Kilkenny then to Kinsale the following day. From there I plan to head west to the Ring of Kerry then to the Dingle Peninsula. Sam will meet me for a few days during the road trip. Check your map and get ready for the ride!
