Just as I am getting settled in my nephew and niece-in-law’s cabin-more on that later, I invited myself on a pontoon boat ride and recumbent bike ride. The weather was perfect, the company even better and off we went on boating and biking adventures! My brother, niece and I went on a boat ride on Lake Winnebago and the next day it was a 10 mile bike ride. Some photos, especially on the bike ride were taken by my niece.
More about the bike ride; Bikes are secured in a trailer and we drive about 30 miles to the trailhead in De Pere. We’ll ride the Fox River trail to Green Bay. Once in Green Bay we’ll visit Copperstate Brewery, Titletown Brewery and Hagemeister Park. As they say, a great time was had by all!
Just to make it a little bit more challenging the site uploaded photos in a random order. You’ll be able to guess which are biking and which are boating! 🚲🚤
I hope you enjoy joining me on these great Wisconsin outdoor adventures!
“Earth and sky, woods and fields, lakes and rivers, the mountain and the sea, are excellent schoolmasters, and teach some of us more than we can ever learn from books.”
