Road Trip-Fall 2015 North Dakota

Interstates, State Highways, or Country Roads? However you get to your destination it is the journey that can be the most rewarding. Personally I enjoy combining some of all the route options. Makes my road tips more interesting.
This post is all about North Dakota. From west to east-Roosevelt Natuonal Park to Fargo. Take a peek at your atlas and buckle up!
My North Dakota adventure started by exploring Theadore Roosevelt National Park. Located on the western side of the state it was a nice welcome to ND!

Continuing my eastbound route through SD I stopped in Jamestown. A beautiful town that is also known as "Buffalo City".

What road trip would be complete without seeing the "largest buffalo in the world"?

Traveling east to Minnasota I made one more stop in North Dakota-Fargo. The people I met were warm and genuine. Enjoyed a nitro coffee-notice name of coffee shop and visited a few art galleries. Nitro coffee is cold brewed coffee and tapped just like a nitro beer. It was creamy and delicious. A lot of references to wood chippers. I understand this is regarding the movie Fargo. Need to add that to my movie list.

My next stop will be St. Paul, Minnasota for a family and fun filled weekend. Stay tuned.....

One's destination is never a place, but a new way of seeing things.
